** NEW HOUSING POLICIES FOR 2026! Important please read below!

TAFE Housing Policy:

  • Approved by the board of directors in our June Board meeting there is a new housing policy. This policy will take effect for the 2025-2026 school year.
    • To ensure the safety, well-being, and effective management of participants during Texas Association of Future Educators (TAFE) events, we are implementing a policy that requires all attendees, including students, advisors, judges and chaperones - to stay at the officially designated conference hotel(s). This policy addresses key concerns related to travel safety, curfew enforcement for minors, and consistent communication, all of which are critical to hosting a secure and professional event. This means all registered attendees of the Teach Tomorrow Summit, must be a registered guest at one of the conference hotels listed on the website.
      • This policy applies to all attending schools, regardless of distance to the conference location. 
      • Exceptions will be granted only for documented medical or obtainability-related needs and must be submitted in writing 30 days prior to the Teach Tomorrow Summit, to TAFE State director, Monica Oliver. If clarification is needed on what exceptions will be granted, please contact Monica Oliver.
      • Compliance will be verified at check-in, and noncompliance may result in disqualification or removal from event participation.

Attendees will receive booking links AFTER they register for the conference.
